TWISTED WARRIORS
[ staff ranks ] This thread will have all of the possible staff positions, along with a description of what the rank oversees and the members who are a part of the group. Keep in mind that the colors of the member groups doesn't show in the staffs' names because we style them -- however, the group color will show in the banner under the name of the staff member in their miniprofile. It is possible for a staff member to fall under more than one rank. This is because each staff member has full privileges, so all staff members can pitch in to help in all aspects of TW. That being said, all staff members are to be held in equal regard, no matter their duty.
What the name suggests -- the founder of Twisted Warriors. Canis created the concept for TW and oversees all activity and operations on the site.
Staff that don't fall under any particular category. They help with general operations and activity around the site. Anything that needs to be done, Co-Administrators help where they can.
Responsible for the wonderful coding of TW. They add useful codes, remove conflicting codes, and make the site just pretty to look at. Their job is to make the site more awesome than it already is.
Responsible for patrolling TW's IC boards, looking for any violations of the rules within posts/threads. They are to report any and all offenders to Canis. To be a Prowler, you MUST be patient and willing to skim through all posts to search for violations. Also responsible for monitoring hunting and battle posts, and for playing the NPCs [ such as The Hunter, The Stork, The Soldier, and The Reaper ] when the time comes. Also is in charge of making sure grammar is generally correct, and IC posts follow the 200-word minimum word count.
Responsible for lurking around TW's OoC boards, looking for any violations of the rules. They are to report any and all offenders to Canis. To be a Board-Shark, you MUST be patient and willing to skim through all posts to search for violations. Their job is to create and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within TW.
Responsible for accepting/rejecting character applications. They judge the quality of the bios they read and watch for any run-ons, grammatical errors, and spelling/capitalization/punctuation errors. If they feel the bio is acceptable, they roll for the character's skills and then move the bio to the appropriate board. To be a Bio Boss, you must be able to read every Bio and have a sense of spelling/punctuation/proper capitalization/decent grammar. Their job is to make our members realize that QUALITY > QUANTITY.
Responsible for making skins, creating TW's affiliate buttons, managing images and other art-sy things. To be an Artist, you must have some sense of making skins with NO color-clashing, be able to make kick-ass Manips, create banners and affiliates, etc. Their job is to make guests stare at the computer screen in awe of our glorious site. Periodically checks images of members' characters and their GIFs to make sure they're the proper size. Also is responsible for distributing image URLs of canon cats to their players.
Responsible for keeping the site "clean." They lock dead/finished OOC and IC threads and move them to the proper Archives board to keep the site from getting cluttered. To be a Twisted Janitor, you just have to know how to move/lock threads. Their job is to keep the site postings active.
